Swapping outside mirrors

The images in the old thread don't load anymore, not for me anyway, so I'm kinda at a loss how to remove the existing ones and don't wanna start ripping doors and panels apart willy nilly. Anybody got pics? CTScott? :headbang:

You do have to remove the door panel. Once of you will see the three nuts that hold the mirror on.
