What is the best aftermarket fuel pump to run for turbo? What fuel pump are you guys using for your turbo setup? Did you have to modify anything to fit the aftermarket fuel pump?

There isn't a drop-in aftermarket fuel pump, so any that you choose will require modifying the fuel sender assembly. I personally like Walbro pumps. I worked with fnkngrv's AEM, which has been a bit problematic and is very loud compared with any other fuel pump I have ever heard. Any pump with a higher flow than stock really should be installed with a fuel return and ideally a 1:1 pressure regulator, which increases fuel pressure by 1 psi per 1 psi of boost.
The stock pump is actually good up to about 10 psi of boost. A trick which I have done for a couple people is to modify the stock fuel pressure regulator to increase the pressure from the stock 41-45 psi to an amount corresponding to the max boost. When doing that you have to pull a bit of fuel from the maps for the area below max boost, but doing that allows the fuel system to be able to deal with the plenum pressure from the boost.
I am using an AEM in tank pump no problems not really noisy. I am running a -6 feed and using the stock line as the return. Make sure you use fuel hose that is okay to be in the tank it is more expensive but you don't have to worry about it falling apart. Also if you are running a new line use ptfe hose as the standard braided rubber hose will start to break down over the years.

CTScott by any chance do you have a write up or instructions on how you modified the stock fuel pressure regulator to increase the pressure from the stock 41-45 psi to an amount corresponding to the max boost?

I built a test fixture that allows me to run a stock fuel pump and test an adjusted regulator. I actually tighten the spring in the regulator to make the change, but the test fixture is essential for doing so.
