How could I tap into my horn button wires to add/replace my broken horn button to my dash. Gonna check into wether it'd pass inspection here.

The horn switch wire is the one lone black wire on the white connector that goes into the clock spring at the base of the steering wheel. Ground that wire to make it honk. Before you do so though, check the tiny green wire that goes to the horn itself, as I have seen more damaged ones of them than problems with the horn switch itself. The horn switch usually fails on, rather than off, as it is the entire metal area of the airbag mount with some very thin plastic spacers that prevent it from constantly honking.

It failed on due to blunt force trauma. So its dafe to say those spacers are dead. Would you happen to know if theres enough depth behind the spokes to locate buttons there?

Ah, that makes sense. Those plastic bushings are quite fragile.
The lower portion of the side spokes have enough space for a push button switch.
