Dashboard lights help

Hello All- I'm having a very annoying issue on my 2010 4DR HB. @ night when I turn my headlights on, the entire dash board lighting becomes very dim, to the point where I cant see any of my temp reg knobs, speedometer, readout in general etc.

Could changing the fuse be the fix??-Thanks!!!:iono:

No. Just turn the dimmer rheostat knob. It is just below the storage compartment to the left of the steering wheel.
