Denso Belt Gauge with extension

Has anyone ever come across this Denso belt tension gauge in N.A??

I need something like this for an application I have as it has an extension cable what I like/need..

I googled and I can not find it being sold or listed anywhere in N.A...

Any suggestion(s)
