That part is actually just considered part of the hatch wiring harness, so you can't purchase it separately from Toyota. I had one but sold it a while back to someone who did the same kind of damage to his.

That looks identical to 2nd generation ones, so you should be able to use one from 2006 to present.
And, it is easiest to remove it without damage by squeezing it from below (getting above the head liner).

I have never seen a definite name for the white part, but I would inquire about the hatch wiring harness, as it is part of that assembly.

Isn´t a two piece part like mine (third gen hatchback), looks like you will need to remove the wiring before inserting in the body of the car.Search for diagrams that can give you a better idea.

If I remember correctly the connector ends fit through the white piece, but it has been a while since I had one in my hands.

When i did that, i dont know how to remove, i pull from "outside" to inside and broken that piece

You need to remove a little ceiling to remove this White plastic

i was able to feed both wires through the plastic piece. I didn't need to remove it.
My question now is how do I put the black grommet back in place ? The bottom part of the grommet which goes over the plastic part.

You have to remove the white part to get the black part back over it correctly.
