Service intervals

I've just bought a 2012 Yaris and have a question re service intervals. Now the service book says the following;
Intermediate service @ 10k or 1 year
Full @ 20k or 2 years
Intermediate @ 30k or 3 years
Full @ 40k or 4 years

Etc etc.

My car was registered 07/12 and The service book on my car has 3 stamps;
Intermediate, 10k (03/13)
Full, 20k (11/13)
Intermediate, 30k (07/14)

The way I am reading it, the next service is going to be a full one and this should be due at either 40k or at 4 years from registration (i.e. 07/16). My current mileage is 34k.

What is actually confusing me is that the service receipt from the last intermediate service dated 07/14 says that the full service is due "11/14 or in miles". I don't see how this is correct as it is my understanding that unless I hit 40k in miles, then next service is not due until 07/16 - whichever comes first.

Can anyone clarify this for me please?

Did toyota switch to 0w20 on the 3rd gen?

Anyways.. In your case, service would be 7/15 since it was done 7/14.. It's always 1 year after the last maintenance, so it would be earlier if you reach 10k before 7/15...

Just change your oil every 5000 miles until 30k miles then change the air filter.

Repeat.
