This is something I Photoshopped. Does anyone actually run these on their Yaris and have pics? I was thinking of picking up a set of 14s for my winter wheels.

FYI, I had 15" speed discs on my xB, but was hoping to see some on a Yaris.

Seems like that would be a bad idea for those of us with both snow and road salt--i.e. getting that stuff stuck under the cap would be bad news eventually.

That looks cool. Do it.
I think I've seen a sedan with them.

Those are Full Moons, Baby Moons are smaller, and have chrome outer rings.

OOPS, I just dated myself!!

The chrome outer rings were "beauty rings" and a option. Baby moons were almost mandatory in the (gulp) 60's...
I don't remember much but I remember those.

Weren't baby moons standard on VW Beetles of that era? When I was a little kid, the family across the street tried to 'buy German' re as many items as possible. The dad was from Germany, and the mom was from England. The dad was a Chemical Engineer for Shell (after several assignments in Europe, they later became the first people I ever knew who moved to Houston). They always had only VWs, and usually this consisted of two Beetles. The dad was 6' 5", with most of his height in his torso, and he always looked hunched over while driving a Beetle. My mother shook her head re buying a car one couldn't sit up straight in .

Baby moons were very similar. The moons only covered the center of the wheel and were polished discs. VW used these withe the VW in the center. Other manufacturers did it also like Plymouth.

 One of the moms in my neighborhood growing up got remarried after her husband passed away. Her new husband also had a house...more convenient for both of them.....so they sold the house in our neighborhood and moved (about 10 miles away). For the first year or two, we made a fair number of trips to visit them. The new husband had two Plymouths, and both had baby moons.
