Why is Inner liner Fender so cheap on ebay?

My inner liner fender splash thing is torn out and I need to replace it

So I looked on ebay and saw one for 26 bucks, see link below

I am sure it is aftermarket, but would it be too different than the ones in the dealer? The price difference is huge.

The OEM one is so thin and flimsy, seems like you can't really go wrong there, as long as it's CORRECT for your car.

Sometimes the fit isn't accurate, but for the most part it should work. worst case is it doesnt curve the same way as the OEM or not all of the clip holes align.
