Not all are made with the support for the rear fog lights. There is a relay integrated into the body ECU for driving the rear fog if it is. The relay is buried deep in body ECU, so you can't actually look to see if it is present.
There is a separate fuse for the rear fog in the under dash fuse panel: 7.5A FOG RR
With the fuse present and the rear fog switch on (or it will also automatically turn on if the front fog switch is on) power will be applied to the green wire in pin 3 of connector 3D (I believe I posted the diagram of that connector in one of your other threads).

Thank you CTScott.. The driver interior fuse box, do not show a fog RR.

In that case, there is likely a significant harness change for the ones with rear fogs.

I have a 2010 LB Yaris. I found that when I pulled the fuse to disable the AC that the rear fog button would no longer light. The rear fog still worked but no indicator light.
It seems that the gen 2 is closer related to the gen 3 than the gen 1, but I doubt that this allows any serious assumptions about the gen 3's wiring ;)

He is talking about rear fog lights, not the rear defogger...
