Front brake part numbers

I am looking to replace the pads and discs on my Yaris myself. I am using OEM.

2012 Yaris L, 5mt, 3 door, steel wheels, drum brakes on the rear.

Front Pads w/ shims: 04465-AZ017-TM
Fit Kit: 04947-42050
Disc: 43512-52120

Am I close on the part numbers?

Wow, already. How many miles do you have? We have 2008 over 90k miles and lots of brake pad left.

Are the brake wear indicators scraping?

45,000. The brakes are pulsing pretty bad. Had a few too many panic stops. Just going to replace everything. Maybe have the rotors turned and set them on the shelf for the next time.
