Pic Request: Scangauge mounted in pocket under single din CD player?

I've already seen this one:

But I'm curious to see if anyone has gotten it to fit in a normal dash kit so the scangauge can be removed and used in another car if needed.

It won't fit underneath in the half DIN pocket, I had to cut out the pocket in order to squeeze the sucker in...The only way that would work is if the Scangauge sits in front of the pocket...
