I noticed that my car seems to fog up easily. When it's cold and rainy outside, I have to keep the defroster on full blast otherwise the windshield and windows will fog up.

We got some snow yesterday. I cleared my car this morning and came out today, only to find little droplets of water on the inside windshield in a few places. Some towards the middle, some at the bottom.

My passenger window was also fogged up.

I know that this is usually a sign of water leaks somewhere, but my carpets are not wet.

Any thoughts?

The Yaris is real easy to fog up.
But if it frosts up after an afternoon out on the sun, then definitely there is something wet in the car.

Do check the spare tire area. Some have reported leaking seal around the tail light letting water in.

Are you using the fresh air setting on the heater controls?
If you're doing recirc it will trap moisture.

I noticed a slight bit of moisture on the passenger floor mat. Must have been from the rain the other day getting on shoes and from the snow today.

I did have the recirculate turned on because the previous owner had removed the cabin air filter. Not sure why... I replaced it today and turned off the recirculate.

I'll report back tomorrow after driving it. I'll check the spare tire area tomorrow as well.
