Coilover damping setup

Hi all,

I recently gotten a coilover, i was wondering how to setup the damping??
This is only a one way adjustment setting damping n rebound..
Spring rates i supposed to be 6F/4R

Do i set stiffer in the front or the rear ?? 40 clicks adjustment..
