Hi all...new forum user here.

I have just acquired a 2009 Toyota Yaris TR. I would like to replace the OEM headunit with a Pioneer AVIC-F960BT. Couple of questions?

1) What do I have to buy apart from the new unit?
2) Will the steering controls still work? If not can I make them work with the new unit?

PS. Car is a RHD ( I am from Malta)

cable to go from pioneer wiring to car audio wiriing which can be bought at most any audio store and for steering wheel controls you need something like this.

Does your TR have the integrated radio, where it is part of the silver dash piece and the knobs come through the black vertical pieces?

You will have to buy aftermarket stereo installation kit.
Found on ebay and usual places.
