rear doors hatchback speakers

Hi, has anybody here installed rear 6.5" speakers (in the doors)??
any spacers or any suggestion to do this? In the post for speaker info say it's 5-1/4", but We want more sound!
I read about Scoosche Prius adapter, what do you think about it?

I have 6.5" pioneer speakers in da rear. U have to drill a new hole to make it fit.
