My 2007 Yaris Sedan feels powerless. Can anyone in the South LA area help?

I'm looking to get a checkup on my yaris. There is no bottom end power and I dont know why?
I would be wiling to get a new Exhaust and Intake if that helps at all.
Let me know if you wanna hang out and meet a new person.

Manual tranny or slushbox? I test drove an automatic first and if that's what you're sentenced too, my sympathy's.

Manual gearbox. You see, when I got the car the previous owner put rims and exhaust on it. This person put a Carbon Fiber, fiberglass packed, loud POS. I am currently working on getting a different muffler. But I doubt this has a whole lot to do with the performance.

But I've spent $60 to get a muffler welded on before, and these thieves in this area are trying to charge over $100 down here! I understand shop cost and time. I don't want to be charged an hour for 20min of time.
