wanted : gauge cluster

hey guys,

i have a 07 manual hatch, and im looking for a gauge cluster with built in tach..

i tried ebay, and i found one in canada, but its in kph, so yeah im looking for usdm :)

USDM ones are extremely rare, as they were only installed in S package Yaris prior to 2010, so the Canadian ones are way easier to find.

I actually developed a device that modifies the signal between the speed sensor to allow metric clusters to be converted to miles. It allows the speedometer to have the outer dial read as miles and the odometer increment in miles.

CTScott, can you conver the ODO only into miles reading? Since the inner dial is already in miles, I just though it would be cleaner this way.

No. The two are too internally linked. What I do though, is black out the inner ring, ending up with this effect:

That looks sweet Scott, much better looking than even the S one. Now if only the digital cluster could be swapped to mph hehe, not bitter at all HAHA.

I knew holding onto my S cluster would be good, make it rarer haha.

When you upgrade the cluster, you automatically are able to get there.

The speedo going the 200 MPH impresses the hell out of people though.
