Alternative tire/rim sizes for 2010 Toyota Yaris HB LE

I'm switching up my winters and trying to figure out what size tires and rims could accommodate my vehicle. I'm looking at a 1" - 2" increase with low profile tires.

I run 16x7, ET42, with 205/50/16. This fitment works very well.
