Bought the springs from MicroImage 2 years ago, right after I bought the car. Finally got around to installing them. I'm such a procrastinator.

Just under 2 inches.

Awesome! I'm getting a drop of 1.6 inches with the local springs I'm buying, so at least my fear of it being "too much" is no more :D

There's been a string of 2nd gen's gettin' low around here lately. I've been thinking about it for years, and like you, keep procrastinating. Now that I've been getting a touch bored with my car, I think lowering would be a low cost mod that would really breathe some life into it for me.

Looks nice man! I worried that I would rub on 1.5 with my 17" wheels but came no where close. I then bout 2" drop springs and still had room. I have scence put both sets of springs aside and I'm now on coilovers and I think I'm at around -4 now. Haha

Thanks everyone. I worried that I would scrub, or the ride would be really harsh. But, surprisingly, it rides just as smooth as stock, or at least I can't tell a difference. I've only scrubbed once, went over some rough R/R tracks too fast, and it bottomed in the rear. Other than that, no other problems, but I do slow down for speed bumps, and rough driveway entrances.

Next is a rear sway bar, and JDM bumper covers. Would really like to find some, but they seem to have dried up on Ebay lately.
