Hey, don't knock it! I bought one for my Vibe, and after installing, my "equipment" swelled to 6" x 18"! I had to buy all new pants!

This is one of those gizamahonkies that makes your ECU think the incoming air is colder than it really is. If I remember correctly, it just a resistor that wires into your MAF sensor. Colder air requires slightly more fuel from the injectors because the droplets don't atomize as well, so it basically tricks the ECU into adding a tad of extra fuel to the mix. Who knew a slightly richer fuel mix could boost the Yaris HP by over 30%! :laugh:
