stay with the 16" or go for 15"

I have a japan toyota vitz RS 5sp manual that came with 16" wheels
should I leave them on or go these 15" ts wheels .
anyone ever tried these? does my gas consumption get higer or lower ?
wont the wheels rub againt the brake calipers

Stay with the 16". These 15" are 15x5.5
I'm pretty sure the RS have the same disc brakes than base model. In use them on my sedan.

I have these 16"
with 195/50 tires
So stay with these or go on a lower profile tire 195/45 ?
for more torque
