Ok maybe it didn't work out and it had to be removed... but it looked sweet, and gives an idea of what it'll look like on bags!

HA.... Ha... good one, thought you actually went and threw some coils on..... You thinkin about that setup from airbagit.com, with the front struts and rear bags/cups only? so you can use a custom tank, valving, compressor, lines and switches

when you are ready to bag it I am game for a professional install for the price of 12 budlight bottles or a 1/5 of Captian which ever you choose, got a 3 bedroom house and the wife and I only sleep in one... I am sure Chino would want to come out too, there are plenty of places here in town if any misc pieces or parts are needed, plus the guys I learned to bags vehicles from said they would lend a hand if need be.... just tell me when you are ready
Dubs.....
Boost....
Bags.....
Interesting combo, but I think you are going to cleanly pull the whole package together with those LED windshield washers:thumbsup: J/K... she will be killer when you are done, but you do realize to sit her all the way down on those dub your inner fenders are going to have to come out, and maybe some sheet metal modification.... you do not want those bitches to accidently air out on ya and set sheet metal on tire

if its rubbing on a bumb or humps just use a rubber stopper a pair for each side...just raise the car and slip it in between the springs..otherwise get a smaller rims and tires...

the options are so extremely limited, anything more suitable would probably have to be custom... not to mention, these are stayin no matter what lol.

You may just be stuck then Mark.
Whenever I planned out my past suspensions, air or static, wheels play a huge part in whats gonna work, and whats not.
Granted these multipiece and billet wheels took nearley a month for each set to be made, but once built & installed from spec's given, I can tuck these 24x10's for example, while getting ever so close to laying frame right now.

link? :)
I'd say with some plastic removed here and there, everything should be gravy. If it got as low as it was in teh pic, I'd be totally happy, but of course, there is definitely room for more... the only issue is the safety aspect. If a bag blows out on the highway, I'd like to know that I can at least drive the car enough to get to the side of the road.

Its all in the setup. If, god forbid a bag blows, im still setup for clearence all around, where I can still drive the truck. You should NEVER have a blow out of an air bag, if you do, it was installed wrong and rubbed something you never clearenced. Air leaks, now thats another story.. they happen, but are easily fixed the first time around with the proper thread sealent. Ive seen some real hack jobs with valve and tank setups, and I wouldnt trust even driving next to them on the road.

yea, i don't see it happening... especially in such a light car... but I'd feel much better drivin it around if I knew I'd be alright in that situation.

well I have a plan B, since I do not have the actaul Strut kit in hand b4 install... I want to have it so in an emergency situation, if a line were to give and the bags were to completely air out there will be no metal on tire contact.... we can make new cups for the rear if need be and strut mount spacers for the front as need.

If you're doing struts in the front, there is an internal bump stop for when you are air'd out. This is to keep the bag from collapsing on itself.. not good.
Rear for this car will be cake walk. Fronts just as easy IF you go with ART's shockwaves. There are a ton of ways to set up an air suspension, lots of things to consider, but for safety, its not a beginers weekend project.

If your not a beginner then you should already know what CRAP airbagit.com is.
Search the internet, look under;
AIM Industries
Chassis Tech
Air Ride Pro
Air Bag It
Its all the same company, under different names. There has been TONS of reports against their company for ripping people off, and selling junk parts.
I though you were a Mini Trucker at one time, how do you not know of AIM??
SPKRMAN, go with a well known company, with awesome products. www.ridetech.com and look up their shockwaves. They are the ORIGINAL maker of air struts, and AIM/Chassis Tech/AirBagIt/etc. have been "trying" to copy and market similar products for years.
