I know the big wicks tried this already but I am looking for one as well. If anyone has anything let me know. Just rather not pay full price. Or if anyone can point me in the direction of the cheapest place to find one online
I'd also like a rear sway if anybody has one

I bought a Ralco short shifter for the yaris on amazon @ $89, I haven't installed it yet so I can't give you my opinion but it looks and feels very high quality.+
I plan on doing a quick review in january..

I can attest to the MI kit, it's the bees knees. I have everything installed but the shifter bushings.
Makes the everyday shifts much faster and easier to do. Just make sure you use a lithium grease on everything when you install it. That will make your shifts much smoother and less "notchy" feeling. The SSK will highlight any poorly lubed areas due to the lack of leverage with them.
Many online kits don't have the bracket which leads to poor shift cable lines and a notchy feeling

I just took my kit off yesterday. It's crazy how good of a difference the kit makes. It really makes the car feel more solid and well sorted, as well as shorter more confident feeling shifts vs the stock "spoon in a bowl of pudding" feeling
