You are getting 17 inch Rota's correct? These photo shops look way to huge to me. I think if you go with the 17's it will look great. What coilovers are you getting?

Yeah, the photochops look big.. I may not even go with a 17 inch. I personally like the 15/16 inch look better. We'll see though.

For coilovers I was thinking either the Tein or Megan's I'd have to do some more research before I decided. I'm still not sure, I have a while before I have to decide.

Yeah, i'm still on the fence on the Megan coilovers although it would be way nice I think I am sticking with the Tanabe DF since I can add a lot more to that than I could afford to with the coilovers. I am still trying to figure out how it would be "easy" to adjust them with that cowl covering the front strut tops. I am guessing anytime you wanted to change the settings you would have to pull everything off?

Yes, I am all for 15/16 inchers.

I have a set of JMAG in 15 and I think I'll purchase a set of Slips in 16 so I can switch from time to time.

What cowl are you referring to? It would be gay to have coilovers if you have to remove everything to adjust them. I'd curtainly hope that isn't the case.

Got any pics of it with 15s and 16s?

There are lots of pics here with 15 and 16 inch wheels. Look at largeandinfront's car to see a 16 inch wheel set up with a similar drop.

Open your hood and look at how the strut tops are covered by that cowl. The cowl, I think, would have to come off to adjust the fronts. You could probably do it fine with a little mirror something. It would still be cool to go down about 2 1/2 or 3 full inches but I'm scrapin' at two in the front so I dunno how cool I think it would be really driving my car on these crappy Dallas streets that low.

Oh! Height adjustments would be done from under the car. Just jack up the car and use the spanner wrench to thread up and down. The compression/rebound adjustments might be a different story though. I'll have to look, I haven't spent a whole lot of time under the hood yet. I picked it up wednesday, and haven't stopped driving it yet.

Going down that low would definitely be a trick, you'd have to go with taller wheels to give yourself more ground clearance.. Then you may have fender clearance issues.

Cool, I've never had or even seen coilovers up close in person obviously. I guess the strut top dial thing is just for dampening. hmmm, guess I'll have to keep thinking on those but I already have DF210

Yeah man that will look good, but I would personally stick with 15 inch wheels seeing as how the car comes with 14 inch wheels stock. Not to mention the car doesn't even make 100hp so you will have better performance with 15s.

My car came with 15s, but you are right about the weight and performance. I ran 205/40-17 and 225/50-15s on my civic when I was rocking wheels and you could definitely tell a difference, not to mention 15s are a little more forgiving for rough roads. Which I have plenty of around here. Id never run anything under a 45 series tire again.
