Hey guys,
I'd like to be able to use a USB flash drive in my Yaris. I don't like the look of aftermarket head-units, so would like an OE unit. Does anyone know if these work?

I just want to be able to control volume, skip song etc. Usually run on shuffle.
Or is there another OE head-unit that will do this? I'd also prefer to not have the USB sticking out the middle of the dash.
