Problem with radio PT546-00140

Hello Guys,

im currently trying to install the HU pt 546 00140 on my Yaris 2007.
After plugging in all the cables, the radio turns on fine everything works except i get no sound of out it.
Do i need a new amp or something else i might be missing
any help is greatly appreciated

Initially I thought the issue was the lack of an amp, but the amp output is an option for the system, so it should work directly with the speakers.

Attached is the service manual for it, which should help you verify that everything that needs to be powered or grounded is.

I have that manual, but I connect everything in place but no sound. I will check with a amp it my work. I need a connector with RCA outputs to try.

Know this an old post, but what was the resolution? I'm trying the same swap in a 2010 HB and no sound. Everything works menu wise and functionality. Just no sound.
