low idle at 500-400 rpm

hello my friends.i ahave a toyota yaris 1.3 vvti 2008. about 1 week agoe it starts to work at 500-400 rpm whithout a reasen (service or anything touched on the motor).what can be the issue?sombody have the same issue?
