eBay lowering springs recommendations?

Hey guys, looking to lower my car on stock shocks and struts. Looking for a 1.75 inch drop. I see a lot of ebay sellers with springs. Do you guys recommend those at all?

Also do you guys recommend me getting shocks and struts to go with the lowering springs?
Please let me know.

Yeah I seen those, I was trying to go to their website but it's down I don't know if they are still in business.
