it suppose to balance out the volt..similar to ground wire..i have them, but you dont gain hp or anything like that(i dont feel anything)..when you turn on the car it will read out your battery volt..

so basically i think this is just a cosmetic for engine....:iono:

imo voltage stabilizers is only needed if you have high electrical load mainly the audio enthusiasts e.g. like having an amp, crossover, bass box etc.
