WTB front license plate bracket for hatchback

Delivering a 2008 Yaris to my daughter in Iowa. I find out they require a front license plate. The car did not have a front bracket when I bought is used last week. Toyota does not stock them and wants $46.

If anyone living in a one plate state has one they could sell me - it would be appreciated.
