Just toying with the idea of lowering springs and wondering how far one can go without having to replace struts and stuff? I know the TRD 1.2" must not require anything but installation but what's the lowest anybody has dropped w/o having to replace any other suspension parts?

Thanks.

PS. Are TRD springs effective? Do they pretty much flatten out the body roll? I already have the TRD rear sway and need another tweek to make it right.

I would say 2 inches is the max b4 replacement of other parts

The stockers will last you for a while with an inch, just start saving you'll have to replace them sooner or later. They aren't designed for dropped suspension, nor are they valved for it. If it seems bouncy thats why.

TTE springs (black, while TRD seem to be white) do not require cutting of the bumpstops. Me and my mate's highly tuned bum sensors seem to think that the TTEs corner a little flatter than Tanabe NF210s, but are likewise harsher on rough roads.

You might be able to custom make a front sway bar of bigger diameter rod to reduce roll further.
