Suggestions to repair, sewing, patch-adhesive. Sorry total OEM back support cover out of question. Aftermarket? Its about 4 inch cut, foam is visible. I would appreciate the help.

grey upholstery thread and a half moon needle. start the stitch on the inside of the fabric and whip stitch it all the way to the end.
