new 16 wheels instead the 15s

Hi...I own a yaris hb 2014 with steel wheels and tyre size 185/60 15...I wanted to ask if i can fit new wheels with size 16x7 front and 16x8 back, with offset 28 with the stock suspension, and most of the time my car is loaded with 4 adults.....and is 195/50 16 good for these wheels.

You will probably be rubbing like crazy on the rear. That offset is way too aggressive and 8" wide probably won't fit the rear unless you modify the the flare of the quarter panel.
