Seepdometer needle problem

I would be greatful if anyone can help me out please.

I have change the leds on the speedo and looks great but when ibput the grage back the rev and speedo needle are below then 0..... They both work ....but no correct speed showing..... Could you please help me out. I have moved the needles back to 0 ....it work ok but after switching the engine off the needles go below 0 again ..... I have attached few pictures for you.

Picture without lights on is before ignition on and speedo with lights on is when start the car....

Your pictures didn't come though, but the reason for this is that you assembled the needles with the speedometer unpowered. I have a bench setup that allows me to power up the cluster and properly seat the needles before putting it back together and putting it in a car.
