How to access parking brake cable near front?

I want to lubricate it but I cant figure out how to access it? Anyone have a part diagram, or steps on how to access it?

what part are you looking to lubricate? to access the part that connects to the lever in the car just remove the middle console.

To access it under the car then just jack up the car, get underneath it and follow the cables as they snake from each wheel to the middle of the car and then up. The heat shield is likely in the way, depending on what you need to do
