How can I remove all this dirt and specks?

Hello, everyone

I was hoping someone could help me with this. I haven't taken the best of care of my Yaris as you can see from the pictures. I bought some mud flaps to prevent it from getting worse.

All these dirt and specs can't be removed with normal washing. What can I do to remove them?

I know nothing about cars so any help would be appreciated.

Try using a clay bar or something like goo gone.
