Anyone with a sport airfilter on the Yaris 1,3 2003?

Hey guys, does anyone have a sport airfilter attached on their Yaris 1,3 2003? I would like to install one but need some help.

With the filter you got (or are getting) you need a setup that looks like this.

I believe the site you've linked to for the filter also shows aluminum tubing and silicon connectors available for purchase as well.
