Random sputter

When I'm stopped and in neutral the car has a very small sputter ( half a second) every minute or two, any idea what it could be?

Check engine light on?
You might want to clean the maf sensor & throttle body.

And scan your codes. Could be a number of things -- spark plugs, dying injector, O2 sensor, or even a dirty air filter come to mind as well as the Idle Air Control valve, if these Yari have them.
