Lining up the head lights '09

I need to raise up the headlight level on my 09 sedan. I've taken a few pictures, and I'd like someone here to maybe draw a little arrow on them, and point out the vertical and horizontal adjusters. Or if someone has a better pic, that would be fine.

For the sedan the adjuster is inboard and below of the headlight bulb. In your first picture it is the device just below the grey connector.

So its not actually visible in any of the pics I posted? There is one screw there, just making sure that's not it.

From your reply it looks like I could get to it easier, if I unplug that plug in the first pic. Would you say that the adjustment screw, is fairly easy to access?

It is visible in the first pic. It is the device, which is a bolt with a large washer looking device under the head of it.

Hm? Put a Philips head screw driver in the hole. That's the adjuster for height. There are no horizontal adjustments AFAIK. If you look down there, you will see it, it can also be adjusted with a hex wrench.

Correct - It is vertical only. There is no horizontal adjustment.

Thank you sir. I have been trying to get a straightforward answer out of this forum for a long time. You're the only one who's ever just spit out this simple answer.

And with it i was able to adjust the lights. Thanks again

Got this thread and this reply confused with another help thread I have on a different form.

That said, I noticed your reply says something totally different than his. You say its that one with the washer looking head, he says it those others. For me, the ones he said turned out to be the correct one.

So is the other one for something else?

Here. IllusionX circled the same thing except that the part he circled, the adjusting screw, isn't visible, it's behind that plastic. So it looks like he circled those plastic tabs.

I would use the horizontal mortar lines of a brick wall to get headlight height the same . Park car on level ground about 5 feet away from side of a brick wall at night and make adjustments .
