Headlight Brightness - Disabled DRL's

I finally was able to get the plug off of the DRL relay to disable the DRL's.

My headlights do not seem as bright. Is it my imagination or are the headlights now as bright as if it were running in DRL mode?

Never noticed until the other night. Never really drove after sunset lately.

I don't see how that would make any difference. I think it must be your imagination. I didn't get DRL on this car so I didn't disable it but I did on the Golf and noticed no difference.:iono:

One has nothing to do with the other.. Your headlights (low beams) are just as bright as they always were.

maybe he was driving with the brights on and when he was pulling the relay out hit the lever and knocked into lows?? I dunno..........but everyones right, not going to affect it.

Ok.. Good enough.. Must be my imagination. I was going to connect & disconnect the relay with the lights on to see but I'll take everyones word..
