wiring DRL's for my halo's

Quick question guys. Installing my HID projectors with Halos that I want to run as my drl's.

I have the wiring set up and working for the halo's but I'm trying to figure out where to hook up the power for the halos to have them on all the time (drl's). I just used a multimeter and I am pretty sure that on the driver side light the orange wire on the main headlight plug is the drl wire. On the passenger side it is the dark green wire.

Any problem if I splice into these wires to run my halos?

The passenger side plug will not be used for the HID's only the driver side is plugged into the hid relay that came with the kit.

I'm currently painting my lights so the sooner the better on the responses
