Transmission questions

I had a few questions about the manual transmission on my 2010 with around 75 000mi.

1) The shifter does not smoothly go into 3rd gear 75% of the time. There is a crunch feel when shifting into that gear.

2) When I take off from a stop, sometimes my car will studder and the tachometer will wiggle. Maybe I am not giving it enough gas and it's almost going to stall?

3) When shifting from 1st to 2nd, when I release the clutch after shifting into 2nd, the car lunges forward. I shift around 2700-3000rpm.

4) Sometimes my car will not shift into reverse. I have to push the clutch in and release it a few times, shift into 1st gear, then it will go into reverse. This only happens 25% of the time.

Is this normal or should I be worried?

4) is normal all manuals have this issue; reverse gear has an idler and no synchromesh, so if it feels like it doesn't go in. just put back to neutral, release clutch and then try again.

4 - for reverse I depress clutch then go into forth then reverse, others say you could do 1st then reverse.
You could change the fluid to redline MT-90.

Already did that. It seemed to help.
