Yaris 2014 headlight issue

hi everyone, I'm having a problem with both headlights, at night when the temperature is lower and previously was raining (or a few days before was raining), both lights get foggy inside. My car dealer already change both lights, and four days after, the moisture issue came again.

I don't know what to do, since they refused to change both lights again. According to them, Toyota Japan answered: If the moisture is not extreme, they aren't demand to change them.

I need technical information to be able to fight against them or if there a recall or something (I already google the issue but without results)

No worries on the English, well done.
Have not heard of any fogging in Canada. If there was a problem for any headlights I would have heard something. I will keep an eye on mine ( 2015), right now its cold & rainy and let you know if I notice any fogging.

I have not heard of this issue with 3rd gen USDM Yaris, but have heard of it with European ones. The reason for headlight fogging is moisture getting in and not being able to evaporate away. The moisture getting in part is due to some area of the headlight not being sealed well. You can fix that issue by heating them in your oven to 250F to make the butyl sealant pliable and then pressing the two halves of the headlights back together. You can add a bead of sealant to the seam to be absolutely sure.

For the removing the condensation issue, you can temporarily remove the rear cover that seals the area around the bulb and letting the heat of the engine bay dry them out, or if you do the baking thing to reseal them, you will evaporate the moisture that way.

Since my last post, I can't be able to force my car dealer to solve the problem, their answer for these is just condensation and I HAVE to turn on the light for 15 minutes and wait for the humidity to be erased. That's not the answer I need to hear.
