Immobilizer chip program

I'm planning to buy a foldable key fob, but I will need the car to recognize the new chip. I've seen several methods on the web but none of them work. Does anybody know (if possible) how to add a new key for 2014 on toyotas?

Only using either the Techstream tool or one of the aftermarket products that allow teaching new immobilizer keys to the ECM.
