WTB plastic panel next to rad

Here is a photo of the item on my car. It is a separate piece not part of the rad housing. I have a 2006 yaris hatchback. I think the piece is the same from 2006 to 2010. Not sure if the sedan is the same size and has the same attach points as the hatchback. Thanks
