This is the best price i've seen for a Toyota OEM belt, (with a/c). Ordered one last night.

HERE (http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOYOTA-9091602500-GENUINE-OEM-SERPENTINE-BELT-/181619280362?fits=Make%3AToyota&hash=item2a495a49ea:m:mc2cek7cxIV64O_s_RCNkGQ&vxp=mtr)

Changing my belt soon, 75'000 miles, some cracks a little glazing, nothing serious. Car is 8 years old.

Will also be doing Jacob Allred's Scion XD belt tensioner mod. HERE (http://www.jacoballred.com/diy/belt-tensioner-for-my-toyota-yaris/)

Cheers.

The best price for the OEM Belts are the ones made by bando which supply OEM. They make the OEM, and you can probably find them for half the price of the one you listed.

^I remember seeing that here. thanks.

Honestly the one I was really interested in was this one (Here) (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35949&highlight=diy+belt+tensioner) but the pics are gone.

There has to be a way to utilize that nut that is spotted on the back of the stock top bracket to create an opposable force against the top alternator bolt. I think that is what andrewmcq did or a variation of it.

Will continue to think about it. Not interested in pry bars, hammer or axe handles etc. I want to be able to adjust this belt if needed with a couple of turns of a bolt.
