2012 Yaris heated/powered mirrors run $40 each that i can see.
From reading old threads here the 2010 is prewired for headed mirrors.. so i would just swap mirrors, plug the extra bits in from the mirror....
and profit ? it should work with the rear defrost as is nothing additonal ? MAYBE a wire from right to left kick panel to fuse box ?
