does someone knows where i can find a low pressure (less then 1.1 bar) radiator cap for my echo/yaris?

The radiator cap is pressurized to keep the coolant from boiling...why would you go to a lower pressurized cap and create the opposite effect? To answer your question, it looks like there aren't any immediate options for a lower pressurized cap at all...
