Hissing Noise

I am listening a strange hissing noise from driver side inside car. it only happen when I am driving on speed.

I guess the question draws out the humor in some of us.

This is kind of a tough one. Some cars have vacuum hoses under the dash. Did you investigate under the dash? Maybe a loose vacuum hose? Any sign or odor of coolant? Have you tried various settings of the air flow control?

Are you certain it is inside the car? Sometimes tires can make strange noises on certain pavement at certain speeds. Is your tire wear even?

You might need to take it to a dealer and have someone ride with you and listen to it.

If it's only at speed then it's likely not a vacuum issue but more of a tire or wind issue. Use a diagnostic reader to check fuel trims and what not. This will rule out anything somewhat serious.
